I’m so excited to share this family session with you today! Meet the Nutter Family - Dad Pat, Mom Remy, and their children, Sophia, and Michael. When Sophia reached out about family photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with her and her family! What made this so special is she said they had never had family photos done and she wanted to purchase this session as a gift for her mother. I felt honored to have been chosen for the task. I knew that I wanted to do everything I could to make sure this session was particularly special for this sweet family. I have such a heart for family sessions and this one was extra special since they hadn’t had one before.

When I met the Nutters I knew immediately that we were going to get along great. They were all very outgoing and seemed genuinely excited about their session. I’m always a little nervous to meet people for the first time but within seconds of meeting this family my nerves flew right away. We were talking and joking together right away all the way to our first location spot. I told them multiple times throughout the evening how fun they were.
One of the amazing things about capturing sessions at golden hour at Circle B is that gorgeous warm glow that the sun produces through the moss in the trees. It absolutely makes my heart sing! We had no shortage of beautiful glowey images with this session. One of my absolute favorites is the one of both parents laughing together. This is why I love what I do. To be able to capture genuine joy and freeze that moment is truly priceless.

It's the perfect place to take a walk with your family or even just by yourself to enjoy some peaceful solitude.
